1.1 Lot 1. To deliver and install Library self-service machines and handheld stock management devices and staff RFID pads which meet the specification for Lot 1. 1.2 Lot 2. To deliver and install technology in 4 libraries (Rayne Park, West Barnes, Pollards Hill and Colliers Wood) that provide Library Members with safe access to these buildings and library services without the need for a staffing presence as per the requirements of the specification for Lot 2
