Tender description
One to one (1:1) support, day opportunities and activities are important parts of our local offer for people with disabilities. This framework agreement is intended to develop a wider range of local services. Expected outcomes of the support could include, but are not limited to: — improved physical health and well-being, — improved emotional health and well-being, — improved access to the community, — increased independence of the person in particular areas of their life, — increased participation in activities of the person’s choice, — involvement in education, employment, training and/or voluntary work, — increased ability to build and maintain relationships with family and friends.
