The flats are of traditional Construction, whereas the houses are timber frame kit. — 4 of the properties will be for Midmarket rent for Albyn Housing Society Ltd. Full details are included in the Tender documents. — The heating is currently proposed as electric with PV’s. The site has been platformed under a previous contract — All associated external works, roads, sewers and landscaping Timescales (approx.) Tender issue – beginning April 2020 Tender return – mid May 2020 Start on site – June 2020 The works will be procured under a traditional tender process, carried out under SBCC Standard Building Contract With Quantities for use in Scotland (SBC/Q/Scot), 2016 Edition.
