On 8 June 2018 Oslo District Court proclaimed a judgement in case no 15-072169TVI-OTIR/01 between Netfonds Holding ASA and others vs the Norwegian State, c/o the Ministry of Finance. The case concerns action for damages related to questions concerning banking and insurance activities. The case has been appealed by both parties and will be heard by Borgarting Appellate Court from the 19th of January until and including the third of February 2021, 10 court days in total. The Norwegian State, c/o the Ministry of Finance needs an expert in connection with the appeal case to the Court of Appeal as well as an option for expert assistance in connection with proceedings to the Supreme Court of Judicature. The expert assistance service mainly includes an expert assessment of the opponent's financial calculations related to any financial loss in the case. The experts should have expertise in the estimation of values for enterprises, experience in preparing expert reports and experience in assisting as an expert witness in the court.
