Tender description

Estates Maintenance Services required for 67 mental health buildings primarily in North West London for a minimum 4 (four) year period and 3 (three) annual extensions. The anticipated services commencement date is 1 April 2021. The maximum contract length will be 7 years.The scope of services includes PPM, reactive maintenance, M&E, Fabric and associated services based on a mix of site-based and mobile solutions. The client will be QTS LLP a trading arm of CNWL NHS Foundation Trust. Further information of this procurement is contained within the document set provided. The provision of Estates Maintenance Services to 67 mental health units on behalf of the Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. In addition call-off of maintenance supply chain and specialist services for Broadmoor Hospital (as part of the West London Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust). The services required are: — management and governance; — helpdesk and CAFM; — buildings M&E and fabric repairs and maintenance (including planned preventative and reactive services); — grounds and garden maintenance; — minor improvement works; — work and project management.
