Tender description

This is the second and final part of a 2 phase scheme which includes approximately half of the existing school. Removal of the existing heat emitters, installation of new low surface temperature radiators along with localised heating pipework and modifications to the existing distribution system. Boxing in of exposed pipework will also be required. There may be some asbestos presence in the voids below the school and this will require the engagement of a 'watching brief' from an asbestos consultant.
