Tender description

The scope of this Contract is for the provision of Services, to assist the Purchaser in achieving their aims and objectives in the delivery of remedial Works project(s) to deliver improvements within HMP Barlinnie, specifically within the Prisoner Reception area and delivery of Healthcare across the Establishment. SPS procured and awarded this project via the SPS Framework 01674 (Framework Agreement for the Provision of a Quantity Surveying Service). An Invitation to Quote (ITQ) was published by SPS via the Public Contracts Scotland - Tender (PCS-T) portal and was made available to all suppliers on the Framework. Tender responses were then evaluated by the SPS in accordance with the ITQ Guide to Scoring.
