Tender description

In its current form Calne Leisure Centre dates back to the 1980s and is in urgent need of modernisation and refurbishment. Once completed the facility will provide the community in Calne with the following: • A completely redesigned village style wet changing area • A modernised, refurbished, and extended Fitness Suite that will double the current floorspace • A refurbished reception area, dance studio and dry changing area • Increased efficiency ratings through the use of modernised internal building fabrics • A reduced maintenance requirement The procurement will take the form of an Open RfQ tender process - tenderers are required to access the opportunity via the ProContract portal (link below) and Express an Interest, whereupon the tender documents will be made automatically available to them. All communication regarding the procurement will be made via the portal.
