Transport for London has now completed the competitive procurement process seeking to appoint the FORS Governance and standards provider. Steer were successful supplier in winning this project and will start transitioning tasks from 4 August 2020, with full responsibility from 18 August 2020. The contract duration is for 5 years with the option to extend for a further 18 months. The first part of the FORS re-procurement process has now been completed. TfL will now commence the process for seeking a supplier for the new FORS Administration Concessionaire contract which be awarded to commence services (i.e. post start-up) in January 2022. We aim to publish a live call for competition OJEU Notice in September 2020 which will kick off the new FORS Administration Concessionaire re-procurement process.
