Tender description

Torbay Council recently underwent a procurement process for the provision of two Children's Homes in Torbay. Unfortunately, the tender was unsuccessful and we were unable to to begin the process of entering into a formal agreement with a provider. It is still the case however, that we want to create this provision in the near future and therefore would value greatly the opportunity to discuss with you a number of options for proceeding. Therefore we will be holding a virtual Market Engagement.
