MK Council has secured funding via the Energy Saving Trust and the Department for Transport for a fleet of 21 eCargo Bikes. 13 of the bikes will be available to lease to businesses in MK. The main aim of the project is to support the adoption of ecargo bikes for business, reduce transport emissions, reduce congestion, improve air quality and provide businesses with an alternative to car and van use.
