Tender description

City of Wolverhampton Council had planned to carry out a service review and finalise this by end of February 2020 and for a procurement exercise to commence from April 2020 so that a new review a new service would be in place by September 2020. However due to extreme urgency priorities brought about by Covid-19 pandemic, it has not been able to conclude the review to meet the time scale. There are children and young people who are mid-way through their treatment plans and this interim arrangement will provide continued service while the procurement activities take place. As per reference II.1.4). short description.
