Tender description

Onward are out to tender to select service provider(s) for their grounds maintenance service, throughout the Onward Estate. The Service, as defined in the contract conditions, includes the grounds maintenance of communal open spaces within the boundaries of land under the ownership of onward group, including general needs and leasehold housing along with sheltered housing schemes. The services required by onward broadly comprise of: grass cutting hedge maintenance litter picking/fly tip collection hard surface sweeping and weed control planted bed maintenance winter gritting.
