Tender description

The primary objective of this project is the implementation of a full digital form for financial assessment of care with remote accessibility for customers. The product will allow automating the processes in scope to improve process efficiency and create capacity in the adult’s assessment team. These outcomes will be delivered through a number of activities: ? Detailed process captures and definition, along with process redesign for each process. ? Technical design of automation for each process via Better Care ? Automation configuration, integration and optimisation for each process
