Tender description

The site is located on lands to the north of Rathmore Road, Derry within the existing Creggan Country Park and extends to approximately 0.73 hectares in size. The site comprises previously undeveloped land. The site is situated on the edge of the development limit of Derry. Clanmil expect to achieve approximately 14-20 units across the site with private amenity space and parking. The proposed mix should encompass a majority of 2 bed houses, some 3 bed houses. and at least two 1 bed apartments and two complex needs bungalows. The exact mix will be determined through this competition. The properties will be constructed to Lifetime Homes and Secured by Design standards. Proposals should comply with the housing association guide and prevailing local and regional planning policy and guidance.
