Drumlish Community Association CLG seeks tenders for the construction of a new two storey extension to the front and to the rear of the existing Drumlish Community Centre building to include a reception and lobby with new lift and stairwell to provide access to a new office/meeting area on the first floor. The existing ground floor will have a new Kitchen/sit down area and multi purpose room, along with sanitary facilities and changing area at ground level and new Gym fitness studio at first floor level and all associated siteworks.
