Tender description
The works comprise refurbishment to the existing Carnlough Boathouse, including removal of existing roof structure and covering, new replacement roof structure and covering, removal of existing ceilings and reinstatement of new exposed soffit together with M&E associated works and works to the exterior elevations, new fascias, repointing and other associated works.
