Tender description

The scope of the new Term Maintenance Contracts will include for servicing activities, asset collection and a repair service in relation to the following types of equipment. • Door Entry Systems/Access Controls • CCTV • Powered gates and barriers • Automatic Doors The approximate number of properties covered by each contract is as follows: Lot 1 - 1,750 blocks Lot 2 - 1,450 blocks The contracts may also include emergency, complete system replacements for the equipment concerned but it should be noted that a separate Framework will be used for Planned/Capital works. In addition to the Term Maintenance Contracts being procured under Lots 1 & 2, there will be a separate procurement which is for reserve Contractors for both Lots 1 and 2.
