The provision of an Employee Engagement System

Fáilte Ireland invites tenders for the delivery of Employee Engagement Services within Fáilte Ireland. The services required fall under the following headings: • Measure, monitor and influence our employee experience and trust over a three year period. • Benchmark against progressive workplaces • Offer the opportunity for the organisation to become recognised as a leading workplace • Ability to achieve recognised certification as part of this process. • Provision of an annual staff survey • Delivery of consultancy work arising from the annual survey It is a fundamental requirement that the delivered services are tailored to meet the needs of Fáilte Ireland. It is a prerequisite for tenderers that they can demonstrate in their responses their expertise in responding to clients’ needs in the areas of Employee Engagement.
