Tender description

An exception has been accepted for the provision of an ‘off the shelf’ Youth Offending case management solution to support the council in meeting Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Probation (HMIP) and Youth Justice Board requirements for managing and supporting a local authority youth justice service. Servelec (IYSS) is still fit for purpose and working well for the Youth Offending service. This is a cloud based hosted system. Upgrades are done regularly and the working relationship with the supplier is very good.
