Tender description

NI-CO is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) to establish a framework for the provision of training services on a range of specialised cyber security training courses. This framework is for a call-off, as and when required, contract for the period July 2020 to June 2021. The authority may decide to extend the contract for up to two further periods of 12 months each. It should be noted that the contract extension options may not be exercised and is subject to satisfactory performance and further funding being available. The EOI submitted by the supplier must pass the eligibility criteria outlined in the eligibility section of this document below to qualify to progress to the second stage and submit a proposal against NI-CO’s requirements to become a part of our framework agreement. The scope of the framework is to provide training services for specific cyber security courses to a range of cyber security organisations throughout the world.
