SCAH - Value Management work stream / SSB development

Tender description

To review and refine the current reference scheme to assist in meeting the available budget. This will involve studies to assess current area matrix/net to gross relationship and design content of 950/951. Provide support to WSP as required on SSB refurbishment options, taking into account its future use to reduce the planned new build area, potential transition moves and the overall schedule. Input to assist the procurement/selection process for design team and potentially project and cost management. (Note this is being managed through Paul Walker and David Kenna.) Assist Faithful and Gould (via the SCAH team) to assist with their work regarding data/information management. Merrick's resource, Tim Burke, was the Chief Branch Officer, Head of Operations for Department of Homeland Security. Faithful and Gould were keen to engage with him and utilise his Client side experiences from a major research facility development and transition.
