RTÉ Commercial and RTÉ Marketing Production Panels Tender

Tender description

RTÉ are seeking Tenderers to participate in Panels to provide cost-effective production, post production, animation and graphics services to RTÉ Commercial Department and RTÉ Marketing Department. A specific detailed specification for each event will be provided when the event is being tendered for, using a document called a RTÉ Commercial and RTÉ Marketing Production Panel Mini Tender Request. This call for competition to Tenderers involves the appointment of a number of companies to participate in a number of panels (each a “Panel”). The Panels shall be as follows: Panel A Digital and Print – Production of short form branded digital content and print design for RTÉ Player, RTÉ Marketing and on behalf of advertisers; Panel B Stings - A panel of production companies providing editing, animation and graphics services for advertising and sponsorship stings for RTÉ Commercial clients and RTÉ Marketing Department for broadcast on RTÉ services and other media platforms as required by the media plan Panel C Videographers - producer/directors capable of producing, shooting and editing commercial sponsorship stings for RTÉ Commercial clients and RTÉ Marketing Department for broadcast on RTÉ and other services (primarily television, but also including RTÉ Player and radio) Panel D Production House - firms capable of providing facilities and all services including television production, post production and delivery of substantial advertising campaigns on behalf of RTÉ Marketing and RTÉ clients Panel E Voiceover Agencies – A panel of companies who can provide voiceover talent on an agency basis for recording of programme, promotional and commercial material, for Radio, Television or Online
