The works will consist of the (a) removal of the existing tiled roof covering, timber battens, underlay felt and the re roofing of same with new underlay felt new timber battens and a new slated finish (b) subdivision of a large room into two smaller rooms with the construction of 2no. New Toilet Cubicles w/ external window vents, the addition of 4no. New Internal Glazed Screens, remodelling of existing Reception & Managers Room to include an access corridor, Remodelling of an existing WC, the installation of an external door, floor finishes and associated electrical work.
