The Mersey Gateway is a new road crossing for the River Mersey and Manchester Ship Canal that was opened in October 2017. It provides a crossing that links the towns of Runcorn and Widnes in the Borough of Halton. The current LTA expires at midnight on the 11th October 2020 and this renewal process is subject to an open OJEU procedure.Total Material Damage Sum Insured: GBP 600,001,000.00Total Business Interruption Sum Insured: GBP 198,362,000.00 (representing a 42 month indemnity period.)Total Annual Revenue Value: GBP 55,355,000.00Quotation Requirements:- Material Damage/Business Interruption- Terrorism- Include Options for Long Term Agreements - please provide an option for a 3 year LTA- Compliant with both the project and credit agreement.
