Tender description

The Fit2Work programme is an online return to work programme targeted at individuals who are interested in returning to the workforce. The programme officers online self-learning which is supported by online tutor (Blended learning). Participants receive a licence which give them access to up to 10 programmes of education online for one year. This is supported by online tutor support (Ratio of one tutor to ten participants) in the modules chosen from the menu. On completion of these modules the participants can continue self-learning of the remaining modules for up to one year. Participants on the Fit2Work programme will be able to track and monitor their progression as they complete the modules. A CPD certificate will be awarded on the completion of each module. Programme Structure • 10 individual programmes, where each programme involves: • Average class size of ten participants – • Each in dividual to have access to a menu of 15 back to work related courses for one year. • Tutoring to consist of 10 sessions by 3-hour sessions • Overall target of seventy individuals engaged. (some individuals will complete more than one program. Anticipated Outcomes: • 70 people trained in a variety of modules • CPD certification on module(s) completion • Improve skills in ICT personal development and preparation for work • 70 x Individual Personal Action Plans, identifying personal progression to further education, training or employment
