Tender description
The Marine Institute, a semi State body, wishes to invite tenders for the supply of a hyperspectral remote sensor camera. The Marine Institute is seeking to develop large-scale remote sensing surveys of intertidal seaweed communities in Ireland. Mapping complex intertidal seaweed communities requires: • 1 x hyperspectral sensor with a high spatial and spectral resolution capable of being mounted on a Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) (multirotor and fixed-wing) or on a manned aircraft. To be provided in an integrated package which is to include, at minimum; sensor, Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS)/ Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU), control computer, control software, data storage and calibration solution.
