Tender description

In 2016 Screen Ireland launched its five year strategic plan, ‘Building on Success 2016 - 2020’ which set out the agency’s mission statement and vision as well as the core values that it strongly holds. The strategy built upon the success and achievements delivered over many years and provided a public statement of intent regarding the work the agency set out to do over the five year period. The Board is now beginning the process of developing a new five-year corporate strategy for the period 2021-2025 and has established a Strategy Working Group to assist in this regard. The successful tenderer will provide advice and expertise on strategy development, co-ordination, consultation, facilitation and other strategy related support services in consultation with the Board’s Strategy Working Group. There will also be an option to provide assistance during implementation if required.
