The project location is at Glebe, Cloghan, Co. Donegal and relates to the development of a proposed 2 storey extension at lower ground floor and ground floor levels to existing Clubhouse Building premises. 3. Brief Description of the Works: The generally works consist of the construction of an extension to the rear of the existing Clubhouse Building and may be summarised as follows; 1) Excavation and lowering of ground levels in order to provide a new structural concrete retaining wall. 2) Construction of an extension over 2 floors which connects into the existing premises. 3) External site and all drainage works to service the existing and proposed development. 4) Internal fit out works within the new extension to deem it completed and fully useable and connection into and upgrading/ replacement of existing mechanical and electrical fittings. 5) Remedial works to tie into the existing roof areas.
