Tender description

This competition relates to the establishment of multi supplier framework agreements for architect led design team services for the provision of social and affordable residential developments (including associated buildings such as community facilities). The competition is designed as a mechanism to support the overarching objectives of Rebuilding Ireland and to facilitate Local Authorities and Approved Housing Bodies (Framework Clients) in the design and earliest delivery of social and affordable housing. Sites may vary from unencumbered greenfield to brownfield and town centre infill sites across the country. The deliverable projects will include, but are not limited to, the construction of new residential units (houses and/or apartments) for social and affordable housing, including associated buildings such as community facilities, to meet the needs of the relevant Framework Clients. The duration and value of individual call-off projects/contracts under this framework will vary depending on the size, complexity and specific nature of the individual project and the level of funding available. The deliverable projects will include, but are not limited to, the construction of new residential units (houses and/or apartments) for social and affordable housing, including associated buildings such as community facilities, to meet the needs of the relevant Framework Clients. The duration and value of individual call-off projects/contracts under this Framework will vary depending on the size, complexity and specific nature of the individual project and the level of funding available.
