Tender description

The University would like to engage with suppliers who may be interested in becoming a catering partner to service the Café and Grab and Go uni, to be located in the new student centre, being built within the University. We anticipate a partner who would provide a quality high-end food and drink offer within a contemporary environment to maximise interest and custom from students, staff and visitors, alongside attracting potential custom from the wider population of Preston. The contract is anticipated to be for 24 months, from February 2021, and run on a 7-day week operation. The new building will be used predominantly as a student hub for self study and support services, but will also contain workshops and lecture rooms.. It is envisaged that the catering partner may be able to provide design suggestions if timing allows within the building process.
