Tender description
An automated footfall monitoring service is required for Beckenham and Penge Town Centres. A footfall monitoring system is already in place in Bromley Town Centre and Orpington Town Centre, however we would accept proposals to include these town centres in the quote on the basis that there may be economies of scale
