Tender description

Donegal County Council proposes to carry out a Town Centre Regeneration Development at Killybegs in the Donegal Municipal District consisting of the following elements: • Renovation, extension and modification of the existing Island House building to provide a Tourism Information Centre and Digital/Enterprise Hub with public amenities and café space. • Redevelopment of the Diamond public car park to provide a civic space and revised car parking layout. • Alterations to the adjacent road layout and one-way system including provision of new pedestrian crossings. Donegal County Council (the Client) invites tenders from competent architectural firms (the Consultant) with experience in the design and delivery of high profile and high architectural quality civic spaces and buildings to provide architect led full integrated design team services for the design, construction and management of the project for stages (ii) – (V) as described in the tender documents.
