Architectural and Design Services for Grove MPharm Project

Tender description

Swansea University is launching a new Pharmacy degree programme. The new MPharm degree course is scheduled to begin in 2021, with the first intake of students enrolling in October 2021.The course will be delivered by the Medical School. New facilities are required to house the new Pharmacy department and facilitate the delivery of the four-year MPharm degree course. These facilities will be located at first floor level of the Grove building, located at Singleton Campus. This area of the building is to be refurbished and adapted to a high standard to enable occupancy ahead of the commencement of the course. It is the intention of the Client to appoint an Architect-led Design Team to deliver the Grove MPharm Project to conclusion of RIBA Stage 4 (Technical Design). At which point the scheme will be tendered for appointment of a principal contractor. The University will reserve the right to retain as an option the services of the Architect-led Design Team from RIBA STAGE 5 (Construction) through to completion of the Project.
