This framework relates to the provision of various lots under the marketing framework to enter into call-off agreements to provide services in one or more specified lots as required by Peabody. The lots are as follows: Lot 1: Design and Creative, Lot 2: Modelmakers, Lot 3: CGI and 3D Visualisation, Lot 4: Interior Design, Lot 5: Signage, Lot 6: Marketing Suites, Lot 7: Print, Lot 8: Photography, Lot 9: Video and Film Production Agency. We have an ambitious sales programme over the next 4 years and require the support of a selection of experienced, full-house creative agencies to produce high-quality creative work and assets. We have an ambitious sales programme over the next 4 years and require the support of experienced modelmaker/interactive software developers to plan, design, build and install 3D models and/or interactive systems of small to large schemes. If required, cross collaboration with other suppliers will be essential to ensure overall effective delivery to Peabody. This will provide added value for prospective buyers and will be used as a practical selling tool to showcase the available/sold homes, scheme unique selling points and the immediate surrounding area. We have an ambitious sales programme over the next 4 years and require the support of experienced CGI and 3D visualisation suppliers to produce photorealistic virtual visualisation assets to support sales. We have an ambitious sales programme over the next 4 years and require the support of experienced interior design teams to plan, design and install our show homes and/or sales offices to support this. We have an ambitious sales programme over the next 4 years and require the support of experienced sign manufacturing and installation suppliers to produce high quality signage at new build development locations to support sales. We have an ambitious sales programme over the next 4 years and require the support of experienced marketing suite designers to work with to plan, design, install and dress our sales and marketing suites. If required, collaborative working with other suppliers is essential to ensure effective delivery for Peabody. Marketing suites will provide a practical selling space to showcase the available products and homes, stand out from competitor schemes using the scheme brand and resonate amongst our target demographic; adding value to the customer journey for prospective buyers. We have an ambitious sales programme over the next 4 years and require the support of a selection of experienced print houses that can deliver high-quality printed assets at a competitive price. We have an ambitious sales programme over the next 4 years and require the support of experienced photographers to take high-quality pictures of properties (interior and exterior), people, places and landscapes. Images will be used in editorials, advertising, PR and marketing collateral to support the sale of our new and resale homes. We have an ambitious sales programme over the next 4 years and require the support of a selection of experienced agencies that specialise in video work and film production to produce high-quality creative work and film assets.
