TC821 End User Devices and Associated Peripherals

Tender description

Manchester City Council is inviting tenders for an 'End User Devices and Associated Peripherals' framework. The Council, has approximately 7,300 staff located over 300 locations, with a mixed estate of approximately 15,000 hardware devices split between laptops, desktops, thin client terminals, tablets and mobile phones. The Council is looking to improve the user experience by appointing partner(s) for the provision of all IT End User Devices (EUD), associated peripherals / equipment and supporting services in order to support and enhance the Council's EUD strategy and service offering. The primary partner will assist the Council's ICT team in the identification, procurement and provisioning of all EUD equipment for staff working within and for the Council. The Council wants to have a 'one stop shop' for all IT EUD equipment. This includes (but is not limited to): Desktop PC's, laptops, tablets, unlocked mobile phones (smartphones, feature phones and ruggedised devices), 2-in-1 hybrid devices, cables, monitors keyboards and mice. The framework will be for a 2 year period with an option to extend for up to an additional 2 years commencing in October 2020.
