Tender description
Hull City Council is seeking a Contractor to provide analysers certified to the standard required for submission in Annual Status Reports (ASR’S). One measuring nitrogen dioxide (NO2) and one measuring particulate matter. The particulate monitor should be capable of measuring PM10 and PM2.5 size fractions as a minimum. An appropriate housing, with air conditioning as necessary and method of logging and uploading the data is required for the analysers. This should incorporate a facility for manual calibrations to be performed and software provided for instant access to the data via a standard pc operating on Windows 10 within an Enterprise Active Directory Environment. The air quality analysers will be subject to change of location and should be capable of being moved without the need for specialised transport and may be located for periods of between a day and several months and will need to be powered accordingly. The intention is for the mobile air quality station to provide data that informs policy decisions on air quality in Hull.
