Tender description

A. Birkdale High School is a secondary school for boys based in Southport, with approximately 711 pupils ages 11 to 16. B. The School requires the services of a competent and professional outsourced cleaning provider who can ensure that the School is cleaned to the standards required and provide in term cleaning and out of term deep cleaning. C. The contract period will be for 3 years initially with the option to extend for two further 1 year periods. D. Estimated full contract value across the maximum duration of 5 years is expected to be in the region of GBP 470 000. E. The services are to be provided at the following address: Windy Harbour Road, Birkdale, Southport, Merseyside, PR8 3DT. A.
