Tender description
The service is to maximise engagement opportunities and enable pathways out of street homelessness and to secure long-term accommodation. The aims of the service will be to help reduce and end rough sleeping in Stoke-on-Trent and the Borough of Newcastle-under-Lyme. The service will provide assertive outreach support across the area in-conjunction with statutory and non-statutory services including voluntary and faith sector groups.
