Repair and maintenance services of security equipment

Tender description

Lincolnshire County Council are looking for a supplier to provide the services briefly described as maintenance and monitoring of a CCTV and smoke detection system for their waste sites (customer's sites). The customer's sites currently comprise of 10 household waste recycling centre's (HWRC) and 5 waste transfer stations (WTS) throughout the Lincolnshire area. The customer may also seek to incorporate ANPR repair and maintenance during the contract period. Lincolnshire County Council is looking for a supplier to provide the services briefly described as maintenance and monitoring of a CCTV and smoke detection system for their waste sites (customer's sites). The customer's sites currently comprise of 10 household waste recycling centre's (HWRC) and 5 waste transfer stations (WTS) throughout the Lincolnshire area. All the above sites have CCTV installed, and all sites will require the maintenance and monitoring of CCTV systems. Only the WTS's have a smoke detection system fitted, therefore only the 5 WTS's will require the maintenance and monitoring of a smoke detection system. The customer may also seek to incorporate ANPR repair and maintenance during the contract period. It is also anticipated that potentially an additional HWRC will be included during the life of the contract, though a location or date has yet to be decided. Expressions of interest shall be submitted via the Pro-Contract Due-North portal no later than 31 August 2020 at 12.00 noon. We also ask organisations who are expressing an interest to please complete a pre-market engagement questionnaire which is published alongside this PIN Notice; LCC will consider the first 20 questionnaires completed.
