A contract is required that will provide a quick and direct route to market for agency worker provision with minimum administrative processes and associated diligence and assurances undertaken that will focus primarily on temporary, working contracts in specific trade and niche professions. St Leger Homes Doncaster (SLHD) will be utilising the Cirrus Agency Labour & Recruitment Framework to direct award temporary staffing requirements to suppliers awarded onto the framework. Although there is no guarantee or commitment of spend in future years, SLHD has spent £870,994.02 over the past four years on this remit.
