Gloucester City Council’s (GCC) current website is insufficient, un-resilient, costly, difficult to maintain, and urgently in need of replacement. GCC intranet is next to non-existent and needs to be developed to improve internal communications. The services include – a) Development of a new website; b) Content Management System using Open Source Technology; c) Ongoing website management; and A Hosting Service to include - a) Hosting Provision; b) Scalable system; c) Storage.
