Tender description
This assignment will provide consultancy support and external advice to BBC for support to the authority’s refreshed transformation programme which in turn will help re-focus the Council’s operating model. A new initiative is required to provide the Council with a clear programme to meet the increased financial challenge facing the Council arising from the COVID-19 pandemic whilst maintaining a fit for purpose Council.
