Tender description

SEAI intends to appoint a service provider to develop a new Public Sector Monitoring and Reporting IT system. This system will allow Public Bodies and other organisations to monitor organisational energy performance and report on associated carbon emissions and energy efficiency gains. The system to be developed will comprise of the following modules: a web application to allow organisations input their energy consumption data, a data import engine to allow SEAI to import data from the meter operators, a calculations engine to perform energy consumption calculations, a data store and reports.The system will be developed and delivered in phases over a 10-year period (up to 2030). The contract term will be for a maximum 4 years. The estimated contract value is EUR 4 000 000 excluding VAT.
