Tender description

NHS Health Education England (HEE - the Commissioner) are commencing a tender for the provision of Psychological Therapies for Serious Mental Health Problems - Health Education England, across four Lots. The four Lots are: Lot 1 - Family Interventions for Psychosis and Bipolar Disorder training Lot 2 - Mentalisation Based Treatment training Lot 3 - Structured Clinical Management (SCM) training Lot 4 - Team Training in Understanding Psychosis and Bipolar Disorder The contract period will be for three years, subject to annual budget review and KPIs, with the option to extend by up to a further three years. The awarded contracts will be nil guarantee. Maximum numbers of providers to be awarded per Lot (subject to minimum criteria): Lot 1 - maximum of ten providers Lot 2 - maximum of three providers Lot 3 - maximum of three providers Lot 4 - maximum of ten providers Please note that each lot is independent, there is no interdependence between any of the Lots for submission or delivery purposes. Each Lot could be awarded at a different time to the others, based on evaluation process timelines and standstill, once completed each Lot will be awarded. The costs per trainee/ course for each Lot are fixed. All costs are inclusive of VAT. Late submissions will not be accepted. The e-portal system will shutdown at 12:00pm and any un-submitted bids not registered to the system at this time will not be accepted. Therefore, please submit in good time prior to the deadline date and time. Project title: Health Education England: Psychological Therapies for Serious Mental Health Problems Training, please access the ITT for all documents. During the tender exercise the Contracting Authority requests that all communications are channelled through the e-portal system and not with the Contracting Authority itself. No Bidder, Bidder Member, or any of such Bidder's advisors, consultants or subcontractors may have ex parte communications with the Contracting Authority or any of their employees, advisors, contractors or consultants regarding the ITT, the Procurement, other than as expressly permitted in this ITT.
