Tender description

Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council wish to commission the services of a suitably qualified and experienced ‘specialist’ consultant, to undertake inception, mid term and final evaluation of the ESF Funded RCTCBC Staying Well at Work Project. In accordance with the conditions of securing WEFO funding, it is essential for the Lead Beneficiary to agree to a schedule of formal operation reviews and reporting requirements through an external, independent evaluator from the early stages of operations through to completion. The external, independent Evaluation is required to help to identify whether the operation has delivered or is on schedule to deliver the initially agreed aims and objectives, forecasted targets and the delivery and governance is sound.
