EFM Re-roofing of Talbot Building

Tender description

The project comprises the phased (2, 3 & 4) replacement of the existing roof covering with a traditional high performance insulated felt roof. Phase 2 (North section) comprises plant rooms with roofs of which are to be renewed. Phase 3 (East and South section) comprises plant rooms with roofs of which are to be renewed. Phase 4 (North to South mid-way section) The design will include new doors and louvres, removal of redundant fume cupboard exhaust ductwork, chillers, pipework, extract fans, replacement cavity trays, adaptions and additional edge protection, removal and replacement of metal wall cladding For further details see the specification and drawings that have been included within the tender documentation. The project has been designed in three phases with the construction work to be undertaken consecutively. Please note tenderers must be registered with Constructionline,CHAS Accredited and a member of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors to be considered.
