Tender description

The University is seeking two contractor(s) for the provision of a cleaning service at the authority’s three student accommodation residential sites, which are situated within the City of Edinburgh. The requirement is for two lots: Lot 1 consists of: Weekly Cleans, Change Over Cleans, Mid-stay Cleans, Window Cleaning, Bed Making (included in Change Over Cleans and Mid Stay Cleans) and Bin Store Clean and Ad/Hoc Cleaning; Lot 2 consists of: Initial Cleans and Final Cleans (Summer Period only). Tenderers can bid for either lot but cannot bid for both lots.
