Tender description

The London Borough of Camden is seeking engagement from the market for the recladding of the Chalcots Estate, together with other associated works to the envelope of the building including full window replacement, renewal of flat roofs, replacement of brickwork to the ground and first floors and secondary back-up generators for lifts. The Chalcots Estate is comprised of five high rise residential towers; the buildings were completed by the end of the 1960s. All the buildings were renovated during 2007 – 2009 including a recladding that concealed the original in-situ concrete façade walls. You are invited to complete a PIN Questionnaire, which can be downloaded from the 'Access Documents' area within EU Supply. The Questionnaire is to be completed and returned via the messaging area on EU Supply by the prescribed deadline. The closing date for completing the PIN Questionnaire is 12.00 noon on Wednesday 2 September 2020.
