Tender description
Ipswich Borough Council (IBC) intends to enter into a contract with the preferred tendered on a 36-month initial contract term, with an option to extend the contract by up to 24 months with each extension being a period of 12 months. The contract will consist of the installation of replacement boilers and the associated works within IBC properties which may be commercial, rented homes or sheltered schemes.
